However, not all positions can be easily filled using one’s own portfolio and reputation. “There are expert and specialist positions that aren’t so easy to fill on the market,” explains Reinhardt. “So we wanted to bring in external support, especially for our search for a team leader in cost planning for tendering, awarding, and invoicing construction services.”
To find the ideal employees even for difficult-to-fill positions, the IE Group relies on external support. The company regularly collaborates with recruiting firms and therefore has experience with external staffing agencies.
